Based at Blanchardstown Road North and reporting to the Head of Innovation & Business Excellence, you will lead the integration of commercial platforms, data visualization tools, and IT-delivered services across the Irish market. As the single point of contact for IT and the driver of new digital capability adoption, you will equip brand, omnichannel, and field teams with reliable technology and insights that sharpen decision-making and execution.

Through strong data stewardship, governance, and integration across platforms, you will ensure data is structured, connected, and accessible, enabling faster decision-making, more effective customer engagement, and scalable digital innovation.

Accountabilities:

Ireland CRM Rollout & AdoptionLead the successful implementation and adoption of the new Ireland CRM, ensuring effective configuration, testing, training, and business readiness.

CRM Platform ManagementOwn and continuously improve the CRM platform, ensuring it supports business priorities, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Data Governance & StewardshipMaintain high-quality customer, account, territory, and activity data through strong governance, standards, and controls.

Data Integration & ManagementConnect and manage internal and external data sources, creating a trusted and scalable commercial data foundation.

Reporting & InsightsEnable accurate reporting and dashboards that support performance management and business decision-making.

Automation & AI ReadinessDrive data structures, processes, and automation capabilities that prepare the organisation for advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Technology CoordinationAct as the key business contact for CRM and data-related platforms, working with IT, vendors, and global teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement opportunities to improve data quality, system performance, efficiency, and business value.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in CRM management, data management or commercial operations in pharma or life sciences

Data fluency and technical background

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Strong technical aptitude with experience managing data, improving data quality, automating processes, and turning information into actionable business insights.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience implementing and supporting CRM systems.

Strong data governance and data quality expertise.

Experience driving system adoption and process improvement.

Ability to automate processes and improve business efficiency.

Experience working across local and global teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
