Job Description

Job purpose:

Enable the Deputy CEO to drive strategy, execution, and alignment across PM&E by structuring decisions, orchestrating key topics, and ensuring delivery at Group level.

Main accountabilities:

Prepare high level presentations for Board of Directors, Comex members, Investors and Staff meetings.

Design and manage PM&E governance (COMEX agenda & timing, minutes, action follow ups)

Design global group governance calendar

Collaborate with the communications team to prepare external interview briefs for both specialized and mainstream media (e.g., Le Figaro, Le Monde)

Provide PMO support on special corporate projects (e.g. equity sale)

Main complexity:

High-responsibility role reporting to the Group Deputy CEO, preparing strategic content for Board, Executive Committee (COMEX), and company-wide communications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment, balancing tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables

Interfacing with Group Comex Members

Qualifications

Background:

Top Tier Commercial or Engineering school

3-5 years of experience, with a background in strategy consulting or Banking

Competencies:

Strong analytical and financial capacities

Strong powerpoint & excel skills

Writing skills in both French and English

Project and time management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and lead projects alongside COMEX members.
