YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of Hirsch Group's continued international growth, we are creating a new Production Designer position to strengthen our Global Marketing team.

In this newly created role, you will report to both the Brand Director and the VP Marketing Operations & Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as the link between creative vision and flawless execution. While the Brand Director defines the creative direction and the Visual & 3D Designer develops hero concepts and key visuals, you will transform these approved ideas into high-quality, production-ready marketing assets that are accurate, on-brand, and ready for publication or print.

Your responsibilities will include:

Transform approved brand and campaign concepts into polished, production-ready assets across print and digital channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Produce and maintain a wide range of sales and product collateral, including datasheets, brochures, specification sheets, sell sheets, presentations, and case studies, using approved templates, product data, and imagery.

Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including display banners, paid social creatives, web banners, and campaign visuals in all required formats and sizes (including standard and retina versions).

Design static and templated social media graphics for LinkedIn and other channels, aligned with the global content calendar.

Localize master creative assets for international markets by adapting language, units of measure, regulatory requirements, contact details, and market-specific messaging while maintaining brand consistency.

Prepare print-ready artwork with the correct bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, and preflight checks, and provide proofs for approval before production.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve reusable templates in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva, enabling internal stakeholders to create branded content while staying within brand guidelines.

Organize and maintain a structured, version-controlled digital asset library, ensuring files are easy to locate, reuse, and update.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or within a Creative Studio role, ideally in a B2B, industrial, technical, or regulated environment.

Technical skills:

Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.

Strong knowledge of print production, digital asset creation, localization, and brand template management.

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Soft skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Process-oriented, with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
