A typical day will involve recruiting and reviewing qualified candidates for various positions, including Property Management, Resident Services, Accounting, Information Technology, Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Marketing.
You'll interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, provide recommendations, and advise on interviewing and sourcing best practices. The successful Sr. Recruiter will be able to balance hiring for diverse roles across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.
We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This role is hybrid eligible. Candidate must have weekly presence in our Denver office.
Pay: $73,000-82,000 annually, dependent on experience.

What you'll do
Actively search for qualified candidates for various positions in multiple regions.
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop positional recruitment strategies.
Interview candidates by phone and/or in person and bring recommendations of top candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with Human Resources team once candidate has been identified to start the onboarding process.
Develop and maintain relationships with resources that bring qualified candidates, including, recruiting agencies, local industry associations, community colleges, diversity resources, etc.
Maintain a database of potential candidates to pair with other job postings within the region.
Stay current on the organization’s policies and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
May perform candidate reference checks.
Attend hiring events to increase awareness of organization and increase candidate pool.
Be the liaison between the candidate and the organization through the full recruiting life-cycle.
Draft and post job ads.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and onboarding process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Four years of recruiting experience, including strong interviewing and sourcing experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Ability to collaborate effectively, influence decisions, and build consensus with hiring partners.
Comfort working with multicultural and diverse groups of people.
