The Staff Recruiter is responsible for matching qualified candidates with the right position that aligns with their skillset and qualifications. They work across multiple verticals and are great problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

Performs full-cycle recruitment efforts for all client companies.

Develops sourcing plans to create applicant pools to attract the best and brightest talent.

Sources, reviews, and screens applicants in the external job posting sites/systems.

Assists with facilitating the scheduling of interviews for potential candidates.

Coordinates and participates in recruiting events, which include the local colleges and military base.

Builds strategic partnerships with the management team to create and implement progressive recruitment plans and processes.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recruiting experience (Required) with proven experience sourcing candidates.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration (Preferred).

Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to perform independently at a high level; self-directed, self-motivated.

Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, management, and applicants.

Bilingual in English and Spanish language (Preferred).
