The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As EMEA Marketplace Manager, you will own the commercial and operational performance of Stokke's Marketplace business across EMEA, with Amazon as the primary strategic marketplace, alongside partners such as bol.com, Galaxus, and Allegro. You will be responsible for driving Amazon growth, performance, forecasting, and marketplace expansion across the region.

You will drive revenue growth, forecasting, inventory planning, promotional activities, and marketplace expansion while working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver sustainable growth.

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a highly commercial role where you will combine business ownership with operational excellence. You will work across Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize performance and accelerate marketplace growth.

Main Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Performance

Own Marketplace revenue performance and growth plans across EMEA.

Monitor sales, profitability, and key business KPIs.

Identify commercial opportunities and mitigate risks.

Forecasting, Inventory & Operations

Lead Marketplace forecasting processes.

Coordinate inventory planning and stock availability across Marketplace channels.

Partner with Supply Chain teams to optimise replenishment, fulfilment and operational performance.

Proactively identify and mitigate sales and inventory risks.

Commercial Planning & Agency Governance

Own promotional calendars and commercial initiatives.

Manage marketplace agencies and external partners.

Lead business reviews, governance processes, and performance discussions.

Marketplace Expansion & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support expansion into new marketplaces and countries.

Coordinate closely with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Partner with the Amazon & Media Specialist on content, launches, SEO, and retail media initiatives.

The Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate combines the analytical mindset of an Ecommerce Trading Manager, the commercial acumen of a Business Manager and the operational discipline required to scale a complex marketplace ecosystem. They are comfortable discussing growth opportunities with agency partners and marketplace platforms, and inventory planning with Supply Chain, profitability with Finance, systems improvements with IT.

Experience & Skills

7+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Digital Commerce, or related commercial roles.

Experience managing Amazon and/or other online marketplace platforms.

Strong commercial, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.

Experience managing agencies, partners, or external vendors.

Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI/reporting tools such as Power BI.

Fluent in English.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.

Experience with marketplace analytics tools such as Stackline or Helium 10.

Understanding of marketplace fulfilment models (FBA, FBM, SFP).

Experience analysing marketplace KPIs including Revenue, Contribution Margin, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, Buy Box %, Inventory Health and Forecast Accuracy.

Experience with ERP systems and Ecommerce integrations.

Experience in consumer goods, retail, or premium brands.
