Your Role

As a Tesla Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through the complete purchasing process, from the first inquiry and test drive to the final vehicle handover.

You will help customers choose the right Tesla, explain the vehicle’s features and benefits, and present the available customization, financing, and leasing options.

Responsibilities

Welcome and advise customers in our showroom.

Respond to leads through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online sales platforms.

Organize and conduct test drives.

Present Tesla models, features, battery technology, charging, and driving assistance systems.

Help customers select the right vehicle and customization options.

Prepare quotations, purchase agreements, and financing proposals.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale.

Ensure vehicles are presented professionally in the showroom.

Stay informed about Tesla vehicles, electric mobility, and market developments.

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commercial and sales-driven mindset.

Passion for Tesla vehicles, technology, and electric mobility.

Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Dutch language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level (required).

Good command of English.

Valid Category B driving licence.

Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in automotive sales, financing, leasing, premium retail, or Tesla vehicles is an advantage.

What We Offer

Monthly salary between €2,500 and €4,000, depending on experience.
