Our opportunity
The Senior Manager, Field Sales is the primary partner to franchisee CMOs, and the engine behind sales growth, brand relevance, and marketing execution across APAC.
Owning the commercial agenda in their markets: the marketing calendar, the innovation pipeline, the promotional mechanics, and the brand positioning that drives long-term guest love and transaction growth. They operate with the mindset of a Chief Marketing Officer for a smaller territory - going deeper into the market's sales dynamics and competitive landscape than any other team member, and converting that insight into plans that actually move the needle.
Working in close partnership with AFLs, functional marketing specialists, and franchisee teams, the Field Sales Senior Manager builds the plans, secures the alignment, and drives the execution that turns Burger King into a brand guests choose first.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
Your roles & responsibilities
1. Franchisee CMO Partnership & Commercial Influence
The primary commercial relationship with each franchisee CMO - building the credibility, trust, and influence needed to shape how franchisees invest, plan, and execute their marketing agenda.
Serve as the primary RBI partner to franchisee CMOs and marketing leads, building relationships grounded in insight, commercial credibility, and genuine value-add.
Influence franchisee adoption of brand, pricing, promotional, and innovation strategies - translating global and regional direction into locally executable plans.

2. Sales Performance Analysis & Diagnosis
Own the commercial analytics for each market - understanding performance deeply enough to anticipate issues before they surface, diagnose root causes with precision, and build business cases that secure franchisee action.
Analyze same-store sales, traffic, product mix, promotional performance, and channel dynamics with rigor and regularity.
Build and maintain accurate sales models - pre/post analysis, seasonal adjustments, and delivery channel contribution - and take full accountability for data quality.

Track the competitive and pricing landscape in each market - understanding how Burger King is positioned relative to key competitors on value, quality, and brand perception.
Build forward-looking views of sales performance, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities before they become issues.
3. Brand Positioning & Market Competitiveness
Build a brand that earns guest love in each market - grounded in local consumer insight, competitive clarity, and globally consistent positioning.
Champion Burger King's brand positioning in each market - ensuring messaging, creative, and media investment are aligned to a clear, locally resonant brand story.
Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, love scores, key equity attributes) and diagnose structural issues in the brand's competitive position.
Ensure all consumer-facing communications - in-restaurant, digital, delivery platforms, and media - meet brand standards and reflect the brand's strategic direction.
Lead or commission consumer and market research that generates actionable insight - from campaign concept testing to U&A studies and competitive benchmarking.
Stay close to consumer trends, cultural moments, and competitive moves that could affect the brand's relevance and market share.
4. Calendar Management, Innovation & Promotional Execution
Own the marketing calendar end-to-end - ensuring every initiative is guest-tested, operationally feasible, well-funded, and executed with discipline.
Build and manage a sharp, well-sequenced annual marketing calendar - balancing core equity work, seasonal promotions, LTO innovation, and value mechanics.
Lead or coordinate the innovation process for market-specific new product development and ensure regional innovation projects progress with the right pace and rigor - including concept testing, CLT, and operational feasibility.
Ensure promotional mechanics are sound - well-tested consumer propositions with clear pricing strategy, sufficient media weight, and in-restaurant execution plans.
Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Brand & Innovation, Digital, and Field Operations to ensure full alignment before activations go live.
Track and report on calendar initiative performance in a structured, consistent way - using results to sharpen future planning and build a library of what works.
