Salesforce Developer-Senior Analyst- Hyderabad

As a Salesforce Platform Advanced Configurer/Developer (Senior Analyst), you will act as a technical contributor responsible for helping evolve Deloitte Canada's Salesforce platform.

This role combines advanced Salesforce development expertise with platform development/technical responsibilities. You will contribute to platform strategy, reusable capabilities, standards adoption, engineering productivity initiatives while remaining hands-on in delivery. The role is focused on enabling scale across the platform rather than owning specific business products.

Work you'll do

As a Salesforce developer on the Platforms team, you will be responsible for...

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including scalable object models and platform services.

Develop reusable enterprise-grade Lightning Web Components, Apex services, integration frameworks, and automation components.

Design and implement application programming interface-led and event-driven integration patterns, and support platform upgrades, optimizations, and technical debt reduction activities.

Help establish platform standards and development best practices, and participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and release governance activities.

Support Salesforce developers and configurators across India and Canada teams by creating reusable technical patterns, onboarding materials, platform documentation, and engineering productivity improvements.

The team

A new platform team has been formed to enable faster, safer, and more scalable delivery through reusable platforms, automation, and engineering standards. Salesforce is one of the platforms within this team. Deloitte Canada needs a Senior Analyst to serve as a technical contributor and help evolve the Salesforce platform.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

3.9-5 years of Salesforce experience

Experience with Salesforce platform development

Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Flow, and platform automation

Experience with application programming interface-led integrations, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns

Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and working within global delivery models and distributed teams

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) and Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer I

Sales Cloud Consultant

Service Cloud Consultant

Copado Certification

Agentforce Specialist (if available within Deloitte standards)
