AWS DevOps Engineer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Job description:

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to support and manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and production environments for our growing SaaS platform. The candidate will work closely with development, product, and support teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and deployment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure

Support application deployments for POS, Online Ordering, Kiosk, and Backend services

Configure and monitor CI/CD pipelines

Handle Docker-based deployments and container management

Manage AWS services including ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers, and CloudWatch

Monitor server health, uptime, logs, and alerts

Support PostgreSQL database backups and performance monitoring

Configure SSL, DNS, CDN, and domain management

Assist in scaling multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure

Troubleshoot production, staging, and beta environment issues

Coordinate with development teams during deployments and releases

Support realtime infrastructure including WebSocket and Redis services

Implement cloud security and access control best practices

Assist in disaster recovery and infrastructure optimization

Required Skills

2 - 3 years experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure

Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS platform

Experience with Linux server management

Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins)

Knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases

Familiarity with Nginx / reverse proxy configuration

Basic scripting knowledge (Shell / Bash / Python)

Experience with Git and version control systems

Understanding of networking, DNS, SSL, and Load Balancers

Good to Have

ECS / Kubernetes exposure

Redis and WebSocket infrastructure knowledge

Terraform / Infrastructure as Code exposure

Monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch

Experience in SaaS or restaurant technology platforms

Understanding of multi-tenant cloud architecture
