Job Overview:

CGI is looking for a Salesforce Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong manual and automation testing skills, knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, and experience working in Agile environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Test Salesforce CRM applications and custom developments.

Design, create, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, and Apex-based functionality.

Test Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic applications.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Support production deployments and perform post-deployment validation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Primary Skills: Automation Testing, Salesforce Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, JIRA, UAT, Agile, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manual Testing.
