Flights Solutions Engineer, Delta, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.

Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.

Experience navigating business organizations, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and reaching optimal solutions across all associated parties.

Experience in flights domain, or an enthusiasm and willingness to quickly learn the domain.

Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and present technical materials to groups of any size and background.

Ability to self-initiate and work independently in a fast- changing environment.

US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Improve and existing products, tools, and practices to increase functionality and support.

Design, code, and deploy efficient solutions to address customer technical challenges.

Resolve critical customer issues and participate in an on-call support rotation.

Understand customer needs, scale processes, and advise technical teams on product usage.

Partner with engineering to build, test, and troubleshoot our flagship integration middleware.
