Job Summary

Baypoint Systems is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, assist with product selections, answer questions, and help create a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and motivated to build strong customer relationships while supporting sales goals and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Educate customers on products, promotions, and services.

Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.

Support individual and team sales goals through strong customer service.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring the products are the correct fit for our customers.

Help resolve customer questions and concerns professionally, prioritising the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

Stay informed on current promotions, products, and company policies.

Collaborate with your team to generate creative solutions to niche customer needs.

Qualifications

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Goal-driven with a positive attitude.

Weekend availability preferred.
