Product Manager
About the role
We have landed! When it comes to innovation and achievement, there are few organisations with a better track record. Join us as we embark on an ambitious journey, evolving our digital commerce platforms and building scalable, resilient, and innovative foundations that enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels.
Finding brilliant tech talent is vital to the future of easyJet. With opportunities to work across the technology that powers our app, website, and other digital touchpoints, you’ll help connect over 100 million customers to thousands of their favourite destinations!
Help shape the technology that turns an easyJet booking into a completed journey.
easyJet’s eCommerce Platforms function owns and evolves the technology that supports customers throughout their journey, from creating and managing an order through to its fulfilment at the airport and onboard. Organised into outcome-focused Missions, it brings together product, engineering and architecture to deliver secure, resilient and reusable capabilities across customer and partner channels.
Within eCommerce Platforms, the Fulfilment Mission is responsible for the capabilities that enable customers to travel safely, compliantly and seamlessly. Its scope includes travel readiness and eligibility, check-in and departure management, operational tools, and onboard retail. These platforms are used across easyJet’s network by millions of customers and thousands of airports, ground-handling and cabin crew users.
As Product Manager for the Fulfilment Mission, you will shape the strategy, outcomes, priorities and roadmap across eight squads. Working closely with the Product Owners embedded within each squad, you will ensure that Mission priorities are translated into clear squad outcomes and coordinated delivery plans. You will balance improvements to the customer and operational experience with resilience, regulatory obligations and the modernisation of a complex technology estate.
You will work closely with the Mission Lead, Product Owners, Principal Software Engineer, architects, business stakeholders and strategic partners to translate customer, operational and commercial needs into clear product priorities. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment. Across eCommerce Platforms we're re-architecting how an easyJet booking becomes a completed journey, and the Fulfilment Mission is at the heart of that shift: modernising a live departure-control estate that thousands of airport, ground-handling and cabin-crew users depend on every day, and moving it towards flexible, order-led fulfilment. This is a rare chance to shape critical parts of the easyJet journey while that transformation is still being defined.
What you'll be doing
Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes and roadmap for the Fulfilment Mission, working as part of the Mission leadership team.
Work closely with Product Owners across the Mission, providing clear product direction and ensuring squad outcomes, discovery and backlogs align with the Mission strategy and roadmap.
Translate customer, operational, commercial and regulatory needs into measurable outcomes and coherently sequenced priorities across squads.
Prioritise investment across new capabilities, operational resilience, security, performance, compliance, legacy modernisation and technical debt.
Partner with Product Owners, the Principal Software Engineer and architects to explore opportunities, shape options and ensure product decisions are feasible, scalable, secure and supportable.
Coordinate dependencies with Offer & Order, digital channels, payments, identity, data and other Missions to deliver effective end-to-end customer journeys and operational processes.
Build evidence-based investment cases, define success measures and use customer, commercial, operational and technology data to evaluate impact and adapt the roadmap.
Align senior stakeholders and strategic delivery partners around priorities, trade-offs and decisions, managing expectations and resolving competing demands.
