Office Administrator

Location: Birmingham

Be the Heart of Our Office

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to become the go-to person within our office environment.

This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, support the smooth running of our workplace, coordinate meetings and events, and provide valuable day-to-day support to colleagues across the business. You'll thrive on keeping things organised, spotting problems before they arise and creating a welcoming, professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the main point of contact for employees, visitors and clients.

Managing reception duties and creating a welcoming office environment.

Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and visitor arrangements.

Supporting the planning and organisation of meetings, events and team activities,

Assisting with office facilities, supplies and day-to-day workplace management.

Supporting internal communications and helping information flow effectively across teams, including promote health and wellbeing and social events, charitable events, etc and act as a focal point in the office.

Providing administrative support to our Birmingham Senior Leadership Team.

Helping colleagues with Microsoft Office, Teams and other business systems.

Maintaining records, trackers and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administration, office coordination or reception-based role.

Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a naturally approachable manner.

Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams and a variety of digital systems.

Technically minded and quick to learn new processes and software.

Able to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail.

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.

Professional, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships across the business.
