Job Overview

Our mission is to serve high-quality coffee, delicious drinks, and create a welcoming space for our community. We are looking for experienced baristas to join our launch team and help shape the customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently operate and maintain professional coffee machines and equipment

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and iced drinks to a consistently high standard

Contribute to creating a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere

Help set up and maintain efficient café workflows as part of a brand-new team

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the café

Requirements:

Extensive barista experience in a busy coffee shop

Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and other hot/iced beverages

Latte art skills desirable

Ability to work well under pressure and with new team members

Friendly, positive, and reliable

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
