Team Lead (m/f/d) Radiation and Charging

Your Tasks

Professional and disciplinary management of the Radiation & Charging engineers

Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals

Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals

Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, models and templates

Transfer of Radiation and Charging Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and teams

Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions and processes

Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality

Your Qualifications

University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical/scientific discipline

Several years of professional experience in the space industry

Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of Radiation Engineering and Space Environmen

Very good communications skills and intercultural competencies

Good analytical skills as well as a well organized and structured style of working

Good decision-making and delegation capabilities

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results within cost

Objectivity, empathy and the ability to accept and reflect on criticism

Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
