Part-Time Administration Officer

Smurfettes Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Administration Officer to support our client services and daily operations.

The successful applicant must be available to work every Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional availability will also be required to cover shifts when other administration team members are sick, on leave or otherwise unavailable.

This role may be completed from home or from our office, depending on the applicant’s experience, ability to work independently and overall suitability for remote work.

The position involves communicating with clients, cleaners, NDIS participants, support coordinators, plan managers and other stakeholders. You will assist with scheduling, service changes, cancellations, client enquiries, staff communication, documentation, client onboarding and general administrative duties.

You may also be required to assist with HR-related tasks when additional support is needed, including recruitment administration, employee onboarding, staff documentation and follow-ups.

The ideal applicant will have previous administration, customer service, scheduling, NDIS, disability services or HR experience. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential.

Applicants working from home must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet professional workspace and the ability to remain available and responsive throughout their scheduled hours.

All necessary work equipment will be provided.

You will be paid in accordance with the applicable award rate, based on your classification and experience.
