About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our modular hire sales teams across Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, develop people, and influence business outcomes as a key member of the state leadership team.
You'll bring a leadership style that inspires trust, builds capability, and fosters a high-performance culture. Through coaching, clear direction, and collaboration, you'll help the team understand what success looks like and how to achieve it.
You'll turn plans into results by driving consistent sales activity, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance outcomes that support sustainable growth.
About You
You're a proven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated success leading B2B or bid-to-win sales teams
Experience within the hiring industry, particularly modular, equipment hire, construction or asset- intensive businesses.
Strong experience developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver measurable results
A proven ability to engage, coach, and develop sales professionals
High levels of commercial acumen and operational discipline
Strong CRM, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management capability
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple functions
The ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on coaching in the field
Understand the pace of a project-driven environment, be comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and appreciate the discipline required to win and deliver commercial opportunities
This role is based at our Seven Hills site until early 2027, after which the business will relocate to a new facility in Badgerys Creek. Regular monthly travel to our Newcastle and Canberra locations will also be required as part of the role.
