This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5pm and 6am

(Overnight)

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.

Previous forklift driving experience and a valid forklift license are essential.

Team vision (text) As an Overnight Fulfilment Operations Team Leader (Inbound), your responsibilities include:

Supporting operations at the main store (Innaloo) by managing daily operations, including

container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store.

Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team.

Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies.

Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations.

Continuously improving daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.

Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analysing workload to achieve operational excellence.

Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, while overseeing day-to-day managerial responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient fulfilment operations.
