AI Enablement Engineer (m/f/d)

This role makes sure that advantage reaches every team.

You will build the centralized library of agentic coding assets - skills, hooks, workflows - and work continuously with teams to adopt them well. None of it exists yet. This role builds all of it.

What makes this role different?

You own AI adoption end to end. You work directly with engineering, product and operations teams with a real mandate to make change happen - and as the community takes ownership, you shift into building the advanced autonomous systems at the frontier of what we do.

Your Responsibilities

Define the agentic coding practice: the workflows, skills, hooks, context packs and reusable assets that make engineers genuinely productive with AI.

Build and curate a centralized asset library so every improvement compounds across the organisation rather than being reinvented team by team.

Work continuously with teams through pairing, demos and hands-on sessions until the new way is simply how they work.

Drive measurable ROI - set baselines, measure uplift, and iterate until the numbers move.

Build a vibrant community of practice: idea sharing, experimentation, and teams that contribute to and ultimately own the library themselves.

Champion spec-driven design, helping teams move from informal prompts to structured, version-controlled specifications agents can reliably operate against.

Your Profile

A strong engineer with production-quality depth across a stack - that credibility is what earns the right to coach the teams you work with.

Demonstrated mastery of Claude Code or a directly comparable agentic tool (Cursor, etc.), with a clear, opinionated view on what makes these tools genuinely productive.

Hands-on experience authoring skills, plugins, hooks, MCP servers and reusable AI assets.

Strong context-engineering instincts: what to include, what to leave out, how to structure it, how to keep it fresh.

A solid understanding of knowledge and retrieval systems: knowledge graphs, semantic layers, RAG and the data layers AI sits on.

Experience with spec-driven or BDD/TDD-style methodologies that turn ambiguous intent into structured, executable inputs for AI.

A coach as much as an engineer — you drive change through influence, not authority.

A bias for measurable outcomes. You are not done until the numbers are moving.

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3.843 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
