Junior Foreing Trade Analyst

Team Overview and Job responsibilities:

We are looking for a Junior Foreing Trade Analyst to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba and reporting to the Foreign Trade Manager, you will be responsible for foreign trade processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Management and support of foreign trade operations in the areas of export and import, working with partners and suppliers in the Logistics Chain and supporting internal Sales and Purchasing clients, reporting to the Foreign Trade Logistics Manager at Prysmian Brazil.

Responsible for creating cost reports, shipment forecasts, management of customs brokers and logistics agents.

Supporting internal clients in delivery demands, assisting in the control of special (improvement) regimes such as Drawback, Repetro, Recof, as well as in the issuance of shipping documents, product catalogs and declarations of origin.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Foreign Trade, with

Experience in Export and Import processes

Advanced in English and Spanish

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of SAP is desirable

Communicative profile, problem-solving skills.
