Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end to end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, including building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring - and collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective debugging and continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure high quality, maintainable code through unit testing, adherence to coding standards, and CI/CD best practices
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
Conduct AI-driven code reviews to identify defects faster and improve code quality and development efficiency
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential role, team, or shift adjustments based on business requirements

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands on experience as a Full Stack Developer with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
Solid experience building frontend applications using Angular (v8+), TypeScript, and common frontend build tools
Practical experience deploying and operating applications on AWS
Demonstrated experience in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities, ensuring secure software development practices
Hands on experience using AI tools to support development activities such as code generation, automated documentation, refactoring, debugging, or workflow automation
Solid understanding of MongoDB and document oriented database design
Solid knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and microservices architecture
Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and modern CI/CD pipelines like Github Actions
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience with Playwright or similar modern automation testing frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Experience with Terraform, Docker, or other container based deployment technologies
Experience integrating AI-powered features or services into application components or internal engineering frameworks
Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in code quality, automation, and testing coverage
Exposure to security best practices for cloud native applications
Familiarity with emerging AI/ML tools for developer productivity (e.g., AI agents, intelligent test generation, AI-driven static analysis)
