Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to Dynamics 365 CE.

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, User Acceptance (UAT), and End-to-End testing.

Validate Dynamics 365 CE modules including: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service Custom Entities and Business Processes

Test CRM customizations such as: Plugins Workflows Power Automate Flows JavaScript Customizations Business Rules

Verify integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.

Execute data migration and data validation testing.

Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps/JIRA.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure test coverage and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

Dynamics 365 CE

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture.

Hands-on experience testing D365 CE modules.

Experience validating security roles, business processes, workflows, and CRM configurations,

Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering
