Store Manager

Oswin Industries is a leading manufacturer of Electrical Switches and Sockets, supplying quality products to various industries across India. We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and experienced Store Executive to efficiently manage our stores, inventory, and production support activities.

Job Responsibilities

Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate stock records in physical registers and/or ERP/Excel.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.

Conduct quality checks of incoming raw materials before acceptance.

Inspect finished goods before dispatch to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records.

Maintain proper storage, housekeeping, and identification of all materials.

Report stock shortages, damages, and non-conforming materials to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Store Management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Good knowledge of inventory management and production planning.

Working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory); ERP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

Ability to maintain stock accuracy and documentation.

Knowledge of quality inspection for raw materials and finished goods.

Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in Electrical Switch, Socket, Electrical Accessories, Plastic Moulding, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on qualification, experience, and performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
