About the Role This is a Founder's Office role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building from scratch, and turning ideas into action.

You'll work directly with the Founder to shape strategy, build partnerships, launch initiatives, drive execution and help grow Viaana Foundation from Day One.

What You'll Do

Conduct research on philanthropy, CSR, education, AI, government initiatives, and social impact best practices.

Identify and build relationships with CSR heads, foundations, philanthropists, government stakeholders, NGOs, schools, universities, and volunteers.

Research, design, and coordinate pilot projects and new initiatives.

Build and manage outreach pipelines, cold emails, partnership meetings, and follow ups.

Convert ideas into structured plans, presentations, proposals, and execution roadmaps.

Support fundraising, grant applications, impact reports, thought leadership, events, and strategic communications.

Build systems, processes, and AI-enabled workflows to help Viaana scale efficiently.

Manage the Founder's calendar, priorities, action trackers, and strategic projects to ensure seamless execution.

Who We're Looking

For 2–4 years of experience in CSR, corporate foundations, NGOs, social enterprises, development consulting, or philanthropy is strongly preferred.

Outstanding research, writing, and communication skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) to improve productivity.

Passionate about creating opportunities through education and community development.

Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with high ownership and ambiguity.
