Key Responsibilities

Lead AI/ML and technology projects from planning to implementation.

Define system architecture, technical standards, and development strategy.

Make key technical decisions and select appropriate technologies.

Conduct code reviews and maintain coding and quality standards.

Plan project timelines, resources, and technical deliverables.

Guide and mentor AI engineers and developers.

Develop and integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and automation solutions.

Monitor system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with Management and business teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Identify new AI technologies and opportunities for business automation and improvement.
