Candidates must be ready to travel PAN India for deployment activities to customer location (Travel, accommodation and Food will be completed managed by company)

Mandatory skills: VCF(5.x/9.x), NSX, VCF Automation, VROps, VRLI, VRNI, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, SRM, HCX

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.

Perform Greenfield/Brownfield deployments.

Install and configure vCenter, ESXi, NSX, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vROps, VRLI, VRNI, SRM, and HCX.

Perform lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, and health checks.

Troubleshoot complex VCF, NSX, vSAN, and storage issues.

Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerCLI, PowerShell, or Aria Automation.

Plan and execute disaster recovery and workload migration activities.

Work closely with networking, storage, security, and application teams.

Prepare HLD, LLD, SOP, MOP, RCA, and As-Built documentation.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 5.x / 9.x

Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi

Strong experience with VMware NSX

Hands-on experience with VMware vSAN

Experience in SDDC Manager deployment, lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades

Experience with VCF Automation, PowerCLI, PowerShell, Aria Automation (vRA/vRO)

Strong knowledge of VMware Aria Operations (vROps)

Experience with VMware Aria Operations for Logs (VRLI / Aria Operations for Logs)

Experience with VMware Aria Network Insight (VRNI)

Hands-on experience with VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)

Experience with VMware HCX for workload migration

Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield VCF deployments

Infrastructure lifecycle management and troubleshooting

Capacity planning, performance tuning, health checks, and root cause analysis

Disaster Recovery (DR), High Availability (HA), DRS, and vMotion

Experience with enterprise storage (Dell, NetApp, HPE) and networking

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
