Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the CHA (Custom House Agent) industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CHA domain.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiate terms of business and close sales agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CHA, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good understanding of customs clearance and logistics operations is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
