About the role
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Harness & Wiring: Complete hands-on experience in routing, continuity testing, crimping, soldering, and troubleshooting main vehicle wiring harnesses and battery harnesses.
Powertrain Systems: Assembly, testing, diagnosis, and replacement of BLDC / PMSM motors and motor controllers (MCUs).
Battery & BMS: Basic diagnostic testing, parameter checking, and error code troubleshooting for Lithium-ion battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and DC-DC converters.
Fault Diagnosis: Proficient in using multimeters, insulation testers, OBD diagnostic scanners, and reading circuit/electrical wiring diagrams.
Quality & Safety: Strict adherence to high-voltage safety standards, proper insulation guidelines, and quality control during vehicle assembly or servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: ITI (Electrician / Mechanic EV / Wireman) or Equivalent Technical Diploma.
Experience: 3+ years of direct experience working with 2W or 3W Electric Vehicles (OEMs, service centers, or EV conversion facilities).
Technical Expertise:
In-depth understanding of EV wiring color codes, connectors, and crimping standards.
Experience with motor controller tuning, swapping, and signal line testing (Throttle, Hall sensors, Brake cut-off).
Knowledge of CAN communication basics is a strong plus.
Tools Knowledge: Multimeter, Soldering Iron, Crimping Tools, Wire Strippers, Battery Tester, and OEM Diagnostic Scanners.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
