The Role

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Proven expertise in Power BI, HR analytics, and Talent Acquisition data analysis, including dashboard development, reporting, and insight generation.
Hands-on experience working with Power BI and Talent Acquisition datasets, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in Power BI, workforce analytics, and Talent Acquisition reporting, with a strong focus on data visualization and business intelligence.
High reporting portfolio utilization - keeps reports and reporting suites up to date and fit for purposes.
Ensures delivery of projects or aspects of key continuous improvement or innovation programmes.
Delivers timely and accurate reports in line with KPIs. Receives a low number of reworks as a result of a lack of accuracy.
Delivers basic to intermediate changes to reports and produces them in line with the reporting roadmap.
Makes basic changes to data model in line with optimization plans, engaging with the Continuous Improvement team as required Communicates effectively assists Team Lead in managing stakeholders' expectations around timelines
and updates to reports.
Excellent stakeholder feedback reflected in CSATs.
Based on user feedback and collaboration, makes minor changes to reporting suites (including data model changes if required) including removing poorly used content and changing reports in a way that helps reduce ad hoc reporting traffic.
Skills & Requirements
Understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data integrity and security.
Hands-on experience working with Power BI and Talent Acquisition datasets, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Ability to create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders. Receives a low number of reworks as a result of a lack of accuracy.
Works in collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, compliance, and impact in Insights operational delivery.
Monitors and ensures high reporting utilization. Regularly assesses and updates the reporting suite to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
Clearly communicates timelines and acts to resolve any issues that may affect report delivery proactively, seeking support from line manager or more senior members of the team as necessary.
Acts on feedback from CSAT scores to continuously improve reporting and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrates competency in developing, maintaining, and optimizing a central data model; Ability to independently identify and deliver tech debt where appropriate by driving regular communication and documenting optimization opportunities on the account
