Make an Impact by:

Support the product team in the day-to-day management of the IoT product portfolio.

Assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements.

Conduct market, competitor and technology research to support product strategy and roadmap planning.

Assist in coordinating with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during product development and delivery.

Support testing, validation and documentation of new product features and system enhancements.

Help analyse product usage, customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Assist in documenting and improving business processes for customer onboarding, billing, delivery and product operations.

Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for internal stakeholders.

Skills for Success:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Comfortable learning new technologies and business concepts quickly.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Familiarity with data analysis or presentation tools is an advantage.
