About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong focus on cost control, performance analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and profitability
Prepare monthly financial analysis on results identifying corrective actions and improvement plans
Manage monthly reporting closures in accordance with Group accounting policies under IFRS Analysis of deviations between budget/forecast and actual data
Support budgeting, forecasting
Partner with operations and sales to improve cost efficiency and operational performance
Analyze inventory, standard costs, and manufacturing KPIs
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing/industrial sector
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial processes
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year
