Operational Marketing & Business Travel Support - Intern

Posizione:

Within the Marketing & Business Intelligence Department, we are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our team in Paris.

The successful candidate will support operational marketing activities, working closely with the Communications Department on the execution of marketing initiatives, events, and communication campaigns. The role will also provide support for business travel coordination when required.

Main Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and website content.

Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and review marketing and communication materials, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.

Assist in managing social media content calendars, preparing posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking campaign performance.

Contribute to the organization of trade shows, conferences, and corporate events, including logistics and promotional activities.

Maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Support event registrations, booth services, and the shipment of marketing materials.

In the absence of the Office Manager, assist with travel arrangements for employees, including transportation and accommodation bookings, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies.

Requisiti:

Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of French and/or Italian is considered a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
