Kitchen Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Sales Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

As our Kitchen Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire kitchen buying journey - from the initial consultation and design discussion to closing the sale and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project.

You will combine strong sales ability with excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Create and present inspiring kitchen design solutions.

Prepare quotations and confidently close sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Work closely with designers, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and business objectives.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and current kitchen design trends.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in kitchen sales, showroom sales, or a similar high-value sales environment.

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Confidence in guiding customers through a consultative sales process.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Experience using kitchen design software is an advantage but not essential.
