What are the responsibilities?

As a true ambassador and representative of the brand at Filorga retail locations, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming, advising, attracting, and retaining customers independently

Ensuring a customer experience consistent with the brand’s values and image

Growing sales and revenue for the brand in your area

Maintaining clean and organized product displays

Collaborating with all contacts at headquarters and retail locations

Managing your schedule independently

Ensuring compliance with the brand’s sales policies and standards

Required qualifications for this position:

Dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsive; detail-oriented

Self-motivated and independent

Previous experience in sales and the cosmetics industry

Knowledge of sales techniques and comfortable interacting with customers

A natural salesperson with a passion for taking on challenges!

Fluency in English is highly preferred
