The Opportunity

As a Platform Delivery Lead in Payer Modernization, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will analyze client needs, develop strategic solutions, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance business performance. Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in health services

Analyzing client needs and providing tailored recommendations to enhance business performance

Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and strategic planning initiatives

Applying systems thinking to identify underlying challenges and opportunities within client operations

Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions

Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure and strategic questioning

Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness

Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

Utilizing skills in operations strategy and process optimization to drive business transformation

Engaging stakeholders and building relationships to support successful project resource management

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 7 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance

Demonstrating advanced skills in business transformation and change management

Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
