Software Developer (IC)

Job Description:

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Software Developer to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications supporting TSSC operations and analysis. This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000.

The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

Key duties:

Develop TSSC analysis tools and implement signal-processing algorithms; integrate with existing Government systems.

Write clean, documented, secure code; lead code reviews; contribute to architecture and technical roadmap.

Manage the SDLC for TSSC applications; coordinate with front-end/back-end teams and the data engineering team; mentor junior developers.

Job Requirements:

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Multiple languages/frameworks (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript); Agile/Scrum; Git; Docker/Kubernetes; SQL + NoSQL; secure coding; technical-security application experience.
