Responsible for leading site construction for E&C products. Accountable for safety, quality, and on-time completion from start-up to mechanical completion while maintaining client relations and managing subcontractors.

職務内容

Main Accountabilities:

Manage all field activities during Construction and Pre-commissioning phases, ensuring a 100% safe working environment for all site personnel.

Lead and guide the site team, including superintendents and subcontractors, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and stakeholders; provide regular progress and risk reports to project management.

Manage interfaces between technical disciplines and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide realistic forecasts for man-hour consumption and milestone achievements while ensuring works meet contract requirements.

Differentiating Criteria:

Team Management: Leads and trains a team of construction supervisors and engineers.

Decision Making: Authorized to take required actions at site and manage construction scope/requirements as the primary site representative.

応募資格

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related industrial science field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision or management.

Skills: Strong knowledge of ASU construction (unloading, installation, piping), P&ID, and schedule management.

Language: Native level Japanese and Fluent English.

Competencies: Excellent leadership, decision-making capability, and commitment to Air Liquide’s safety and ethics standards.
