Mobile Detailer Contractor (1099)

Express Fresh Mobile Detail is a fast-growing mobile detailing company focused on delivering premium convenience and professional-quality service directly to customers. We generate consistent customer leads through our marketing systems and handle booking coordination through our phone app. We are looking for experienced, reliable mobile detailing contractors who can already operate independently and have their own professional setup.

What We Provide Consistent booked jobs. Weekly payouts. Performance-based pay structure.

Schedule You set your own days and hours. Steady route with 2–4 jobs per day available. Opportunity for steady, long-term work as volume grows.

Pay Paid weekly. Percentage-based pay on every completed job. Performance bonuses & incentives available. Exact rates and tiers reviewed on your first call.

Contractor Requirements

Your own detailing equipment (interior & exterior).

Your own work vehicle (sedan, SUV, truck).

Valid driver's license.

Smartphone with reliable internet access.

General Liability insurance.

Professional appearance and communication.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Detailing experience or related, preferred (1+ years).

Important Operations Requirement All jobs, customer communication, scheduling, and invoicing must be managed through our Jobber system, including real-time job status updates and before/after photo uploads.
