We are a leading provider of residential care within the West Midlands, and we are committed to recruiting the very best senior support workers.
We have vacancies for full-time senior support workers and team leaders in the Birmingham/Wolverhampton area (Please check you are applying for the correct role and location).
What You Will Be Doing
You will be inducted into one of our residential services and work as part of a team to deliver quality person-centred care. You will receive comprehensive mandatory training and shadow shifts before you start.
A typical day includes:
Activity planning: person-centred activities tailored to your individuals' likes and well-being.
Providing essential care: personal care, medication assistance, routine management while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
Documentation: care records, safeguarding reports, etc.

No experience in health and social care is required
A driving licence is preferable.
