Experienced Restaurant Supervisor- Medicine Bham

THIS ROLE REQUIRES BARISTA EXPERIENCE

Medicine is a fast growing brand yet we retain the core values of being an independent business, with a passion for artisan bakery goods , creating fresh innovative dishes in unique venues across Birmingham.

To apply for this position you should be a hospitality professional with GREAT customer service and strong barista skills. Have a dynamic work ethic , positive energy and a warm and caring personality. We require a min of two years team leader experience and references from a previous employers will also be needed.

Support/ train and motivate your team - lead by example.

Create a stunning counter to display our handmade products.

Look after all customers - generating great reviews and handling complaints effectively.

You should have strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading fast service and an efficient team.

Confident with Allergens ,food safety and compliance procedures.
