Formación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Economía, Administración, Contaduría o carreras afines (trunca o titulado).

Experiencia: Mínima de 1 años en funciones similares uso de cámaras y sistemas de videovigilancia.

Conocimientos: Análisis de datos, manejo de paquetería Office a nivel intermedio

Indispensable:

Disponibilidad para laborar en Forum Naucalpan y en horario mixto de 7:00 a 17:00 hrs y de 13:00 a 22:00 horas con 2 horas de comida.

Principales funciones:

Monitoreo de eventos y alarmas relacionadas con el negocio.

Atención de auditorías remotas mediante cámaras de videovigilancia en tiendas.

Asignación y seguimiento de casos.

Reporte y documentación de incidencias.

Se monitorea los 365 días del año y días festivos (se reponen días)

Salario: $18,000 Mensuales
