Job Description
Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and supervise fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to static equipment, rotary equipment, and packaged units for offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Execute fabrication and installation activities for equipment and rotary packages in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.
Coordinate daily production activities to achieve planned targets and project milestones.
Review engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics, vendor documents, and construction work packs before execution.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing rework.
