Lead- Legal

Purpose of the job:

Experienced – Legal Business Partner to serve as a strategic legal advisor for our business

units. This role will involve providing proactive legal counsel on a broad range of matters,

ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting commercial

transactions and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary legal advisor to specific business units, working closely with

leadership on legal and strategic matters.

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements,

vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs.

Provide legal support on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy,

employment issues, and intellectual property matters.

Identify potential legal risks in business initiatives and provide practical, business oriented solutions.

Liaise with external counsel on complex legal matters as needed.

Assist with internal policy development, training, and awareness programs.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact business operations.

Lead or support legal due diligence for M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships

(if applicable).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, employment law, data

protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and general business law.

Proven ability to provide sound, timely legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

High ethical standards and sound judgment

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
