Compliance Officer

We are looking for Compliance officer - Customs (Moowr) and DGFT Location: Pithampur

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Any Graduate / Having MBA/PG diploma in foreign trade will be added advantage

Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in MOOWR , EXIM (Export-Import) regulations, customs bonding, or corporate compliance in any Manufacturing industry /CHA Having G pass should be added advantage

Function JOB Description

OVER ALL - Compliance Officer, is responsible for overseeing an organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations. Their duties include coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.

MOOWR & Customs Operations :

Obtaining the MOOWR permission from Customs Managing the complete MOOWR Operations Manage the Single Digital Account for all bonded warehouse operations, accurately recording imported and domestically procured goods. Prepare and file monthly returns with customs authorities, detailing inputs, capital goods, manufactured outputs, and clearances. Monitor duty deferment benefits, ensuring imported inputs remain duty-free until removed for Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) consumption. Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations. Ensure strict adherence to Customs Act provisions regarding the manufacturing and warehousing of goods
