Job Title: Accounts Payable- US Logistics (Experienced) Department: US Logistics Location: Mohali Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable- US Logistics to join our finance team in Mohali. This role is critical to supporting timely and accurate vendor and carrier payments in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment. Night shift availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify high volumes of vendor/carrier invoices.
Match invoices with BOLs, PODs, and rate agreements.
Ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
Reconcile accounts payable ledger and assist with audits.
Work with ERP and logistics systems to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 year of AP- Logistics experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/TMS experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with freight billing and carrier documents is advantageous.
