Growth Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Growth Associate to identifying potential customers, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong sales skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Any Graduates

0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling.

Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
