About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PHP Full Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in PHP web development who are eager to work on real-world applications and enhance their technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Core PHP and the Laravel Framework.
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Develop and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing applications to ensure reliability and performance.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Core PHP.
Hands-on experience with the Laravel Framework.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Working knowledge of MySQL databases.
Understanding of MVC architecture.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Familiarity with Linux environments and basic web server deployment.
Experience working on academic, internship, freelance, or personal development projects.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related discipline.
0–1 year of relevant experience in PHP or Full Stack Development.
Fresh graduates with demonstrable project experience are encouraged to apply.
