Java + Automation Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java

Work on core Java, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and OOP concepts

Develop backend services using Spring / Spring Boot

Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and internal services

Work on deployment, release, and environment support activities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java

Build automated test scripts for UI, API, regression, smoke, and integration testing

Use tools such as:

Selenium WebDriver/ TestNG / Junit/ Cucumber / BDD/. Rest Assured

Identify high-value manual test cases and convert them into automation scripts

Maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation suites

Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

Added advantages of Brokerage domain experience

Good communication skills
